Censored Gulf news: Secret 90-day emergency supply mobilization questioned

As more Gulf and U.S. east coast residents, sick and dying from being poisoned in the Gulf Operation, ask who will stand up for them if the government does not, Homeland Security official has revealed that it has begun an emergency supply redistribution, aiming to mobilize disaster supplies to warehouses nationally within 90 days.

The public health emergency from Gulf region disaster has now spread up the US east coast impacting the national food supply as well as being an undeclared by officials public health emergency for people on the east coast of Florida and people as far inland as Tennessee with no national assistance to date.

In absence of the government declaring the public health emergency, in mid-July, Dr. Riki Ott declared a public health emergency in the Gulf region, also stating that the 20-40 million poisoned people in the region had 3 choices. Dr. Riki Ott concluded that people in the Gulf Coast region had three choices:

1) Leave,

2) Stay and wear a respirator, or

3) Suffer long-term health consequences.

Relatively few left or wear respirators. The human suffering increases daily according to Gulf Coast Barefoot Doctors struggling to meet the demand of families needing emergency care throughout the south-east.

"Sharon Bylier of The Dept of Homeland Security, revealed that H.S. is stepping up regionalizing disaster supplies," according to Independence news reporter, Greg Deitrich.

Regionalization emergency response is multi-leveled including, but not limited to, governance, medical services, and law enforcement according to the Department of Public Safety - Office of Homeland Security as highlighted by Deitrich.

"Their plan is to complete the supply of fifteen H.S. warehouses around the country in the next three months. Ms. Bylier is quoted as saying “we have worked hard the last six months to meet our local objectives.” She continued “the goals of Homeland Security are in sight.”

Ken Aachi of Educate Yourself has reported that the National Security Decision Directive #47 (NSDD47), enacted in July 1982 by President Reagan and treated "as a passing footnote by the media"... identified "legitimate areas to be upgraded to maintain national defense, but it also laid the groundwork for Emergency Mobilization Preparedness, a plan under which existing socio/economic regulations or other legal constraints would be waived in the event of a national emergency."

"This plan was further strengthened in Public Law 101-647, signed by President Bush in November 1990. What it boils down to is this: in the event that the President declares a national emergency, for any reason (from major earthquakes to increased international tensions or economic /financial crisis of any stripe), FEMA can then, at their discretion, implement Executive Orders 10995 through 11005. These Executive Orders permit a takeover by FEMA of local, state, and national governments and the suspension of constitutional guarantees. FEMA will have the authority to exert any sort of control that it deems necessary upon the American public. A trained National Police Force, formally referred to by the name of Multi Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), wearing black uniforms and composed of:

1. specially selected US military personnel
2. foreign military units carrying United Nations ID cards, and
3. specially trained existing police groups from larger metropolitan American cities.

The Independence furthers:

"According to the Missouri Department of Public Safety the regionalization of homeland security plan is, “focused on establishing a common sense, logical governance structure and process to facilitate local, community level engagement in not only grant funding priorities and strategies, but other homeland security related decisions.”

Unanswered questions, some being ones Deitrich raises, include:

* Is the emergency supply redistribution due to anticipated continued increase of the Gulf public health crisis?

* Why is the US secretly preparing for a "wide-scale, far-from-equilibrium scenario"?

* Are the emergency supplies being prepared for specific actions and/or events to occur at a date in the near future?

* How much food is being stored, how will it be distributed, and who will control distribution?

* Will regionalization of these supplies directly benefit regular people, "or will they be used to re-supply emergency responders, law enforcement and military personnel only"?

* What are the "goals” of DHS that it has not made completely clear to the American public?

The Independent has previously reported the U.S. government preparing for emergencies and disasters for decades including stocking food, building underground bunkers, storing seed varieties to restart agriculture, and designing "secondary systems of government (e.g. the shadow government, martial law) in the event of events such as economic collapse."
