Censored Gulf news; La elected officials under US military dictatorship (video)

Although South Louisiana local elected officials are learning that under a military dictatorship, as the United States is now, their leadership is all but null and void, the local official who emerged as the leading critic of the Gulf oil and chemical operation won re-election as president of his coastal Louisiana parish with 71 percent of the vote Saturday in Plaquemines.

William Harold "Billy" Nungesser, born 1959, is President of Plaquemines Parish in suburban New Orleans, Louisiana, a Republican.

In February 2009, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal appointed Nungesser to the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority that consists of twenty members developing a master plan on coastal protection for the state, or so they believed.

Billy Nungessser, the beloved Plaquemines Parish president, was recently featured in news reports for his outrage and confusion over officials lying and manipulating typically found in a military dictatorship. As AC Griffith has explained, this is intentional. The lack of communication an falsifications are by design and will result in a militarized Agenda 21. The Coast Guard is lying and its relationships with locals like Nungesser have become so strained, elected officials recently took the same route Kimberly Wolf took at the first presidential Gulf oil spill investigative meeting in New Orleans when she arose to leave after hearing the same lies. Unlike Wolf, however, the elected officials were not escorted out of their meeting last month. (See Youtube video below)

In a military dictatorship, voices of elected officials and the people are of no consequence, as Louisiana viewers of recently saw on a Sunday night's TV news report (below).

Today's military dictatorship ruling the United States is not recognized as such because it occurred covertly and people usually relate dictatorship to fanfare of a military leader taking control of the country. As Hermes Press explains, however, "In essence, a military dictatorship is a form of government in which absolute power is concentrated in a repressive ruler [Bush, Obama] and/or a small clique (cabal) who use military and police power to dominate the people mentally and physically."

"Taking this definition as our touchstone, in the United States we know we're living under a military dictatorship when we see:

A dictatorial ruling clique increasing its militaristic imperialism operations

Multi-deployments resulting in military suicide rate skyrocketing

Chief of US Central Command saying "It's fun to kill people"

Military used to control civilian population violating U.S. Constitution

Government informants spying on fellow citizens

The spread of militaristic values and the increasing power of the military in our society"

The United States is host to each of the above. The Gulf of Mexico Operation is not a "BP" issue alone. It is a military operation, with the U.S. military Full Spectrum Dominance aim under a military Unified Command Center. It operates collaboratively with chemical companies as it has done and is doing in other sovereign nations where it is illegally occupying, torturing and killing and controlling. To reach its aim, the military strategy and weaponry has been researched, developed and refined for decades - with petrochemical companies among others.

As the US PMIC has done in other sovereign nations, it is now killing innocent civilians in the United States. This is the nature of the petrochemical-military-industrial-complex. This is the nature of the brutal U.S .military dictatorship that has declared war on Americans using psychological weapons and a chemical weapon of mass destruction. Chemical dispersants have been a long-time favored war weapon.

Psychological weaponry includes distractions, such as WikiLeaks modified limited hangout. Had WikiLeaks not riled the nation to mobilize peace and justice, anti-war and truth movement progressives to focus on U.S. atrocities overseas, those national groups would have been more inclined to defend human rights of Gulf Coasters. They may have organized an international day of action in defense of the millions of Americans in harm's way, now poisoned, due to to perish painful deaths at the hands of the PMIC. Within days of the Gulf explosion, WikiLeaks upstaged the Gulf with its modified limited hangout, directing Americans' eyes where ops wanted America's attention, not on Gulf truth. It worked. Proof is in the pudding.

The Gulf Coast people increasingly suffer and are dying or have died with virtually no American aid.

The military dictatorship's applied physical weaponry is the chemical dispersant, Corexit. The government funded National Terror Alert News group, "America's Leading Source for Homeland Security News and Information," defines a chemical attack as "the deliberate release of a toxic gas, liquid or solid that can poison people and the environment." The National Terror Alert site offers two groups of signs of a chemical attack, stating:

1. Many people suffering from watery eyes, twitching, choking, having trouble breathing or losing coordination.

2. Many sick or dead birds, fish or small animals are also cause for suspicion.

If still not convinced that the PMIC has chemically attacked Americans in an act of war, the National Terror Alert "warning signs" that identify whether or not a chemical attack has occurred, and asking after each, "Does this hold true in the Gulf region?" might help break denial.

Warning Signs of a Chemical Attack or Incident

• A chemical or biological attack or incident won’t always be immediately apparent given the fact that many agents are odorless and colorless and some cause no immediately noticeable effects or symptoms. Be alert to the possible presence of agents. Indicators of such an attack include:

• Droplets of oily film on surfaces

• Unusual dead or dying animals in the area

• Unusual liquid sprays or vapors

• Unexplained odors (smell of bitter almonds, peach kernels, newly mown hay or green grass)

• Unusual or unauthorized spraying in the area

• Victims displaying symptoms of nausea, difficulty breathing, convulsions, disorientation, or patterns of illness inconsistent with natural disease

• Low-lying clouds or fog unrelated to weather; clouds of dust; or suspended, possibly colored, particles

• People dressed unusually (long-sleeved shirts or overcoats in the summertime) or wearing breathing protection particularly in areas where large numbers of people tend to congregate, such as subways or stadiums

The Gulf operation includes not a few, or even most, but rather each of the above warning signs showing that Americans are under overt chemical attack and have been under overt chemical attack for over four months. Tragic reality is that Americans in the Deep South have been in an open gas chamber controlled by the PMIC that still sprays poisons daily on their bodies, their air, their water, their food and their land.

While emphasis has been on the dispersant sinking to cover-up oil and the monetary gain for the companies involved, less attention has been given to deliberate genocide the operation is leading.

Trying to reason with military minions who are just following orders to conduct this crime against humanity, or with a general operating under the evil premise that all the military does is "for the greater good" is now frustrating Louisiana elected officials such as parish presidents who are recognizing that this is a waste of valuable energy.

Uniting non-government groups who understand and respect truth and humanitarian goals with military personnel - both present and veterans - who also understand, may be a possible way to end the US military dictatorship. Other nations have succeeded in regaining their countries from brutal regimes, but they were not as successfully distracted, deceived and fragmented as the U.S. has been.
