Celine Dion is selling her $72.5 million Florida home with a water park. Extra TV reports on Aug. 23 that Dion’s estate covers 5.7 acres and is located on Jupiter Island. The 10,000-square foot mansion includes a complete water park in the back.
Celine Dion has not shared why she is selling her Florida house. The home was custom-built in 2010, and the famous singer appears to have spent a considerable amount of time designing it for her children. In another odd twist, the realtor states the house is being sold with “almost all its contents.” Featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the mansion also includes a guesthouse, tennis house, pool house and beach house. The property has three pools with a water park perfect for children.
The interior of the home maintains the theme of white colors seen in the exterior. Most of the furniture and other items are white, but there are strategic uses of black in the design. One of the bedrooms has black walls, a black bed, black furniture and multiple white French windows. For $72.5 million, the home also includes an arcade room, media room and finished basement.
Rene Angelil and Celine Dion only spend one month a year at the home because of her Las Vegas schedule. The singer recently shared Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino has extended her show contract through 2019. Celine Dion allegedly feels selling the property is the right move considering how little time the family actually spends at the estate each year.
