Céline Dion is a determined individual, proving that anything is possible. The youngest of 14-children, the Canadian singer-song writer would love nothing more than to have another child. Having lost a pregnancy in August of 2009, the 41-year-old singer is not giving up.
"I'm going to try until it works," she further adds, "Five's my lucky number," she is optimistic, "so this is the time it's got to [work]."
She endures daily hormone shots she administers herself, and deals with the emotional havoc they wreak on her mental state of mind, after three failed IVF, she is still not giving up.
She is happily married to her long time manager Rene Angelil, who is 27-years her senior, since 1994, and together they have a 9-year-old son, Rene-Charles. Angelil, had such faith in a young Dion, that he mortgaged his home to finance her first record in 1981; “La voix du bon Dieu, (The Voice of God.) This song became a local number-one record and made Dion an instant star in Quebec, the rest as they say ‘is history’.
