Celine Dion has expanded her 2014 fall mini-tour of Asia with a new date in Manila. The five-time Grammy Award winning singer will be making her very first appearance ever in the Philippines.
According to a news release posted July 22 at CelineDion.com, the Canadian international superstar will perform in Manila on Nov. 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena. The date is part of the "My Heart Will Go On" hitmaker's recently announced Asia trek, which will take her to several countries throughout October and November.
Produced by AEG Live, the multi-Platinum selling singer and her 15-piece band will perform a selection of her greatest hits and timeless classics as part of a production especially designed for Asia. The tour will also see the Charlemagne, Quebec native make a return to Japan for four previously announced dates, including: Nov. 11 Nagoya, Japan – Nagoya Dome, Nov. 14 Osaka, Japan – Osaka Dome and Nov. 18 & 19 – Tokyo, Japan – Tokyo Dome. The world's best selling female artist has been busy promoting her highly successful 2013 studio album Loved Me Back to Life. She recently added a total of 31 new shows to her second record-breaking residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which will run from Dec. 30, 2014 - March 22, 2015 and include special New Year's shows.
