Celine Dion and Ne-Yo have teamed up to record a new song.
According to an article posted at Jam.Canoe.ca, the Canadian international superstar and Grammy Award winning R&B singer-songwriter have collaborated together on a new track, which will appear on her upcoming studio album “Water and Flame.”
Ne-Yo had previously written songs for the “My Heart Will Go On” hitmaker’s 2007 studio album “Taking Chances.”
The 33-year-old Camden, Arkansas native express nervousness singing with the multi-award winning chanteuse, saying, "She wanted to do the song as a duet and I was flattered, but it definitely made me question my vocal ability."
“Water and Flame” is Dion’s much anticipated English language follow up to her 2012 French album release “Sans Attendre,” which hit No. 1 in Canada.
Recorded on the Columbia label, the new album is expected to hit shelves this fall.
The songstress is currently wrapping up her successful winter run of shows this month at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
She will return for her summer Vegas run beginning June 9.
