In 1969 a group of young people founded Celestial Seasonings with the belief that tea could bring happiness to peoples’ lives.  40 years later, it is due to the dedication and beliefs of those few that has allowed this overnight success to grow into the largest specialty tea manufacturer in North America.  Today they serve nearly 1.6 billion cups of tea a year in more than 35 different countries around the globe.  The company and all of its partners since its inception have held onto the commitment to hand picking ingredients and making the best possible herbal teas available in over 90 varieties whether it be green, white, black, or chai.

To join in the 40th anniversary celebration of one of the most popular tea brands around the world, use their store locator to find the Celestial Seasonings distributor near you and pick out one of their new offerings or get into the Autumn mood with a seasonal favorite.  The latest edition to the Celestial Seasonings bagged teas is a new offering of green teas, infused with Bai Mu Dan white tea to produce a smoother flavor, while still holding onto the powerful antioxidants naturally found in green tea.  They’re even better in a blend like Blueberry Breeze Green Tea or Honey Lemon Ginseng Green Tea.  There’s even a Green Tea Sampler so you can try them all and find a favorite.  If you’re feeling like getting into a Fall mood, try one of Celestial Seasonings warm and spicy chais like Vanilla Green Tea Ginger Chai or Decaf Sweet Coconut Thai Chai.

Visit the Celestial Seasonings website for more information on the company, including a fun timeline to see how their tea-making has progressed from the sixties to the new millennium.  Celestial Seasonings teas are carried in nearly every major grocery store, and the new Green Teas are on the shelves, so be sure to pick one up and celebrate not only a new season, but 40 years of bringing the best teas to you.
