Teri Hatcher said she'd do it and do it she did last weekend.
But the Desperate Housewives star wasn't the sole celeb in the race competing to cross the finish line.
Hatcher, along with other famous stars, were competitors in training on September 13 for the 2009 Nautica Malibu Triathlon.
Alongside Teri Hatcher, who raced and raised well over her goal with $17,500 for Los Angeles Children's Hospital, ran the same course as former Saved by the Bell actor Mario Lopez (shown below, left).
Other celebs on the run were William Macy, Jeremy Picen and Felicity Huffman.
All of the celeb competitors competed in at least one leg of the race, but which celeb is the most swift of them all?
Mr. Mario Lopez carried the fastest time with 2:03:17, but only beating Teri Hatcher's intense training results by just a few. Hatcher finished the race in 2:06:50.
Hatcher warned the ripped Lopez to watch his back the next time she's co-racing him.
In her race report, published on Modernmom.com, Hatcher wrote to Mario Lopez saying, "Mario watch out next year. I'm comin for ya. Just kidding. Sort of."
Hatcher went on to confess her true feelings post-race.
"Can I get a massage and a nice bottle of red wine?" Hatcher said after finishing. Well-deserved and well-played, Hatcher.
Hatcher will continue to work towards her $50,000 fundraising goal for the hospital and will do whatever it takes to get her there - Including counting every step until she makes her mark.
