Add another celebrity breakup to this month’s list. Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult have called it quits, according to a Jan. 11 US Weekly report. Other big breakups of 2013 include Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber (again) and Britney Spears and Jason Trawick.
Lawrence, 22, and Hoult, 23, have been dating since they played each other’s romantic interest in 2010’s “X-Men: First Class.”
Jennifer raved about Nicholas in an interview that appeared in the Dec. 2012 issue of Elle. Lawrence described Hoult as her best friend and said she hoped he felt the same way. Jennifer further said he makes her laugh harder than anyone else and is her absolute favorite person to be around. Lawrence said she and Nicholas spent their days together eating Cheetos, watching beach volleyball on TV and discussing the backsides of the players.
The couple’s split seems pretty sudden after all of that gushing about their relationship such a short time ago. Perhaps Jennifer Lawrence's busy schedule got in the way - it seems she has a part in just about every movie coming out this season.
