If you are looking to get a fast Botox fix to perk up your celebrity look, it looks like the great state of Pennsylvania is not the place.
Kate Gosselin has been spotted out shopping -- take a peek at what seems to have happened to her face!

Paparazzi camped outside her home say she has not left the state, so this botched Botox job must have been done someplace close to her celebrity home in PA.
Gosselin, now divorced from her ex-husband Jon, has her own single mom show on TLC titled "Kate Plus 8".
There has also been a great deal of talk in celebrity gossip blogs about the famous reality television star becoming the next Bachelorette on ABC.
Is this what drove her to let someone do this work to her face -- to be ready for a date?
US Magazine via MSNBC reports:
Kate Gosselin had oddly spiked eyebrows and a noticeably smoother face as she ran errands in Pennsylvania on Monday.
The reason? After comparing before and after photos, plastic surgeons tell UsMagazine.com the reality mom, 35, had botox treatments gone wrong.
"She looked much better in the earlier photo: great hair, nice smile and a normal brow position," says Dr. Michael Olding, the chief of The George Washington University's division of plastic surgery.
In the "after" photo, she "has the typical appearance of Dysport or Botox poorly placed in the space between the brows where frown lines occur," adds Olding. But because Gosselin didn't have any injectables put in her forehead, "the lateral part of her brow is elevated in an abnormally high position, which my patients refer to as McDonald's arches!"
Why pick on the realtiy television star? Because so many people think she's a big bully and a fake.
Kate Gosselin reminds many people of the mean girls in school who always were popular and always had friends -- but who's depth was that of a puddle rather than a lake.

Plastic surgery helped her get her neck up appearance (at least) to a very normal look (photo far right), far more natural than the crazy plastic Barbie doll, Nicole Kidman wannabe look in the photo above.

It's not just her face that has changed thanks to plastic surgery, though.
The comparison pics of Kate Gosselin as a historical work in progress reveal a huge difference in face and figure. Why is she doing this to herself? Why else -- like Michael Jackson, she fancies herself and artist. She meant to look this way
Kate Gosselin was not a thin woman with shapely curves. Tummy tucks, breast augmentation and lifts, and rumored butt and thigh reconstruction have helped her get ready for her career as an entertainer rather than a mother.
As part of her step by step strategy to land big movie roles and a full time host position (possibly aiming to unseat Mary Hart on Entertainment tonight), Kate Gosselin recently starred on "Dancing With The Stars" and took huge criticism for her stone face expressions.
As you can see by the photo below, the Kate Gosselin face that appeared on DWTS is not the same face as the photos above, proving that either Kate deliberately had cosmetic surgery procedures or the Magical Fairy Godmother of Botox showed up and injected her face while she was asleep at night.
If Kate Gosselin has jumped on the Hollywood plastic surgery bandwagon like we think she has, she may have been full of happy emotion but [like Michael Jackson and other Hollywood stars who had too much plastic surgery eventually became] unable to show it by moving her face.

I just wish Kate would take a good look at herself back when the show was on for a special. Then, when it became a series, over the last few years she got increasingly mean and constantly belittled her husband whom she supposedly loved. She says she is doing this for her kids? She is doing it for herself. Fake hair, fake breasts, fake tan and who knows what else. She has nannies, but acts like she does everything herself. Why doesn't she go back to nursing? That was her career. Has she ever watched the show and seen how Mady behaves? That poor little girl has some major problems. She is always upset, always angry. She doesn't like the camera in her face, but apparently Kate cannot see that and that's extremely sad. That little girl needs help, but all Kate cares about is getting in front of a camera. So sad.

kate looks great what she has been through she earned every thing she is doing.Kate not sure if you would read thiin hope you do i would love to hear from you,as a married woman i would love some good adviseabout approving my self.
The picture of Kate in the orange striped shirt is when she was released from the hospital. She is probably seated in a wheelchair, but that has been conveniently cropped out. You can see all of hospital bracelets. Any woman who just gave birth is not going to look her best. Most women will look overweight and bloated. If I afford a tummy tuck and boob job you better believe I would.
Kate became "known" because of fertility drugs, just like octamom. Otherwise, we wouldn't know who she is....Talk about living off your kids.....Why won't she just go away?????? I wouldn't watch any show she is a part of.....Celebrity wanna be...What has she done other than give birth to a litter???
First off, Nancy...learn to speak,write and spell corectly. If you sound illiterate, you will be perceived as illiterate and very few guys will be interested in doing more than bouncing you on a mattress.
Kate is a loser. She isn't satisfied with herself, or with her life and clearly believes she is 'entitled' to more. For crying out loud, you HAD IT ALL. A husband who adored you, and a family.
I for one can't stand Kate. I think she is a big phony. uses people. no talent. uses her children, trying to find fame through plastic. Her frowns on her face really are ugly.

I would watch a couple specials a year for the twins and sextruplets birthdays. I would NEVER watch any other Kate plus Eight episode. I cannot stand to hear Kate's screaming at everything and everyone. Hasn't she learned anything yet? I taught my children NOT to scream by example. Whenever they advertise an upcoming episode, I mute it. Her screaming is sooo-irratating. Grow up Kate.

Kate you have always been a mean self centered person, you have dissed your husband on national tv, become another wanna be barbie and who pays the price. THE CHILDREN, you have exploited them to the hilt, Jon did make his mistakes, you however have continued to grow more unreasonable, selfish, and hote to say it NOT A MOTHER, you are worse than MOMMY DEAREST, we all hope you quit the celebrity scene, we don't need another BOY GEORGE.
This woman is a self-absorbed, selfish individual. Kate thinks only of herself and the $$$$$ she takes in goes for HER not the kids. I wonder what she is really like alone with her children without the camera on her!!!!!! The KATE we have seen on dancing with the stars has shown us with her angry eyes and body language just how horrible she can be. I bet her childfren can grow up to beat the "mommy dearest" book. AND, how much time can she possibly sopebnd with her kids when she is spending so much time promoting herself?
