By now, most people know about Heidi Fleiss and the love that she has for these birds that she talks about on Celebrity Rehab 3.
She isolates and lives alone in Nevada with over a dozen exotic birds (in Death Valley to be exact) and according to Dr. Drew, living alone this way is a threat to her sobriety.
Talking to resident tech Shelly Sprague, Heidi tells the story of one of her birds, Paul, who lost his mate Ruby, and how she gives Paul extra special treatment because he is so sad.

Official cast bio from VH1: Heidi Fleiss Heidi Fleiss became a well-known public figure in 1997, when she was convicted for running a prostitution ring with a stable of wealthy and famous clients all over the world. After serving almost two years in prison for tax evasion, she continued to prosper from her reputation as a madam. Her drug use did not become widely known until she pressed charges against her former boyfriend, Tom Sizemore, for domestic violence and abuse. Their drug use together then became public record and after Tom was convicted, Heidi moved to Nevada, where she lives alone with dozens of parrots, owns a laundry business, and harbors an addiction to crystal meth.
