In tonight's finale episode of Celebrity Rehab 3 with Dr. Drew, Kari Ann Peniche will, once again, return to the treatment facility. 

There is also a final "process group" where the  patients write emotional goodbye letters to their various addictions.

  It is always at this point in rehab that patients consider their options -- going home or going into a controlled living environment -- less temptation, more support. 

Tonight Dr. Drew will offer the patients further treatment in sober living.
