Guess which rock star is being forced to rent his celebrity home in the down turned real estate market? It is a 4800 square foot beauty located in a prime section of California. The house has not sold since being placed on the market so its owner -- Joel Madden -- is renting out the property (furnished).
Madden is the husband of reality television star Nicole Richie. She is the daughter of famous musician Lionel Richie. The two dated for a long time before getting married -- even having a child out of wedlock. When they had their daughter Harlow, they started to look for a bigger home. By the time they were married and had a second child, the luxury house still not sold.
Now, E! Online news is reporting:
This 1930s Spanish-style home in Glendale, Calif., was once inhabited by a certain rocker, who got himself a pretty little lady and then later, some babies.
But now, it can be yours for a tiny payment of $5,950 a month! No big deal.
