Kate Gosselin was spotted out shopping June 24 -- take a peek at what seems to have happened to her face!
Of course, Kate Gosselin is denying ever having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures on her face, and only admits to a minor tummy tuck after her children were born.

Insiders told the Daily Mail UK that Steve Neild – the star's bodyguard – drove his famous client to the doctor’s office when it allegedly took place on March 30, 2009.

Gosselin, now divorced from her ex-husband Jon, has her own single mom show on TLC titled "Kate Plus 8".
Reports surfaced that the 35-year-old mother of eight may have undergone a secret boob job early last year around the time she separated from her husband of 10 years.
There has also been a great deal of talk in celebrity gossip blogs about the famous reality television star becoming the next Bachelorette on ABC. There have even been rumors she is getting ready to model for Playboy -- but Hugh Hefner says he won't have her after allegedly seeing her nude pictures.
Is this what drove her to let someone do this work to her face and boobs -- to be ready for a date and to try again to become a playmate?
US Magazine via MSNBC reports:
Kate Gosselin had oddly spiked eyebrows and a noticeably smoother face as she ran errands in Pennsylvania on Monday.
The reason? After comparing before and after photos, plastic surgeons tell UsMagazine.com the reality mom, 35, had botox treatments gone wrong.
"She looked much better in the earlier photo: great hair, nice smile and a normal brow position," says Dr. Michael Olding, the chief of The George Washington University's division of plastic surgery.
In the "after" photo, she "has the typical appearance of Dysport or Botox poorly placed in the space between the brows where frown lines occur," adds Olding. But because Gosselin didn't have any injectables put in her forehead, "the lateral part of her brow is elevated in an abnormally high position, which my patients refer to as McDonald's arches!"

Plastic surgery helped her get her neck up appearance (at least) to a very normal look (photo far right), far more natural than the crazy plastic Barbie doll, Nicole Kidman wannabe look in the photo above.
It's not just her face that has changed thanks to plastic surgery, though.

As part of her step by step strategy to land big movie roles and a full time host position (possibly aiming to unseat Mary Hart on Entertainment tonight), Kate Gosselin recently starred on "Dancing With The Stars" and took huge criticism for her stone face expressions.
As you can see by the photo below, the Kate Gosselin face that appeared on DWTS is not the same face as the photos above, proving that either Kate deliberately had cosmetic surgery procedures or the Magical Fairy Godmother of Botox showed up and injected her face while she was asleep at night.

Why do women do this to themselves? I"m so glad I have no wrinkles at age 44 and when I get them in my 50's I still wont do this! Insane!
I could really care less about what Kate does, I get tired of reading about her, she doesn't seem like anything special to me.
I'm tired of Kate Gosslein! Granted she looks better, but her personality has not changed. She's a nobody with 8 kids. What is her talent. I won't watch anything she is in.

The 'arched' eyebrow look---if you will look closely, that is an ANGRY, 'you're in my space' look. At 52, I can make mine do that! Yes, she's has some eyebrow grooming/coaching, because the shape is much better, and makes her eyes look more 'open'. And just when, when could this woman have had a boob and butt job? She's always being photographed, and if she had disappeared for several weeks, the paparazzi would know. Come on people. And a woman deserved having a tummy job after carrying 6 children. She had to wear support undies all of the time before she ahd it! As for the pic of her with dark hair and double chins? She had just given birth to 6----count them 6 babies! Good grief. Let's be real....
