Actor Russell Crowe earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this week, but that's not the biggest celebrity news about the handsome man beast.
The new Russell Crowe movie rumors he may be interested in starring in a Bollywood film might just be true.
The hunky hottie from New Zealand who makes his everyday celebrity home and primary residence in Australia allegedly says he will indeed be making his Bollywood Film debut.
However, the jury is still out whether or not the rumor can be confirmed 100% in full.

RUSSELL CROWE RUMOR POSSIBLY CONFIRMED: HE MAY APPEAR IN BOLLYWOOD FILM
Crowe seems eager to trade Hollywood movie making time for a chance to star in a Bollywood film production, if the following report from IMDB is true and correct.

Russell Crowe has agreed to appear in a new Bollywood film, according to Mid Day.
The Academy Award-winning actor will play a German writer who comes to India to attain spiritual release at Kumbh Mela (a Hindu pilgrimage) but falls in love with a young girl.
The film, directed by Sudipto Sen, will be released in Hindi and English, though Crowe will speak in his mother tongue in both versions.
A star team has been enlisted to create the film. AR Rahman will be doing the soundtrack, Bhanu Athaiya will design the costumes and Chris Dickens, who worked on Slumdog Millionaire, will edit the movie. All three have won Oscars for their previous work.
HISTORY OF RUSSELL CROWE IN HOLLYWOOD
Crowe made his big acting mark in Hollywood in his Oscar winning role for the movie LA Confidential with Alec Baldwin's ex-wife Kim Basinger.
Not surprisingly, he played a thug -- and a Don Juan version at that -- and the film critics loved him in their movie reviews.
After ruffling a few celebrity gossip and tabloid media feathers when he got romantically involved with actress Meg Ryan, Crowe earned a bad boy toy reputation. Ryan was married to actor Dennis Quaid at the time she and Crowe began cavorting. [They later got divorced despite the fact that Crowe dumped Ryan like a hot stone.]
Gladiator was the next big action hit for WWE fan appeal, with A Beautiful Mind grabbing the attention of the MENSA crowd.
Women who like manly men seem drawn to Crowe -- and men who like to play games like football and rugby are drawn to his movies.
However, Crowe is more than just another handsome ruddy face.
Having a deeply sensitive side with an ability to dig deep and blend his machismo with intelligent thinking and emoting makes him a delightful character to follow on and off screen.
It is for these reasons we expect he was drawn to the Bollywood film in the first place -- as he'll be able to express all those parts of himself in the role described so completely -- and why Bollywood fans will undoubtedly thoroughly enjoy the movie if he chooses to appear in it.

Crowe is married to Australian singer and actress Danielle Spencer. Crowe met Spencer while the celebrity couple were filming The Crossing back in 1990.
Crowe and Spencer have two sons: Charles "Charlie" Spencer (born 21 December 2003) and Tennyson Spencer (born 7 July 2006).
Sources say he is an excellent father, very much in love with his wife and kids.
There have been some paparazzi photos showing that Crowe seems to be struggling with mid-life weight gain, but a celebrity diet and fitness routine put into play before any new movie should help him slim back down to his sex appeal Roman fighting weight with the right trainer and proper eating.

"It couldn’t have got better than this! Russell Crowe doing a Bollywood movie titled Amrit Kumbh. And that too with Kolkata’s very own Paoli in the lead.
Soon as the reports were out, TOI got in touch with Russell Crowe’s agent, George Freeman’s office at William Morris Endeavor in the US, on the star’s reaction to being a part of a Bollywood film.
On Thursday morning, we received an e-mail from Jack Donaldson, office of George Freeman, William Morris Endeavor, saying that the report was ‘unfortunately erroneous’. Next, we got in touch with director Sudipto Sen about his claims of directing Crowe. Says Sen, “We were trying to aproach him. But we didn’t get the dates since he is busy for the next two years. Besides, I don’t think we can afford him either. Crowe was on our wishlist. He was just right to play the film’s protagonist John Wonders......"
