The inauguration just happened and I am still enjoying looking at pictures of Michelle Obama’s outfits. I thought she looked very classy and put together even when bundled up in this cold weather. One outfit that really stood out to me was of course the dress she wore for the ball. I am a true girly girl so any time I see someone dressed up I just instantly fall in love with the beautiful dresses, and her gown was no different. A deep red color that is perfect for winter, with a plunging back…I was in love. Below I created two outfits that incorporated the idea of her dress. I took a red maxi dress and styled it two ways: one for an evening look and one for a more laidback daytime look. What do you guys think? Did you enjoy her dress as well? Would you wear these outfits? Drop me a line and let me know.

Also, I got engaged over the holidays so be prepared for lots of budget ideas for weddings coming up!
