Celebrity Cruises to launch 'Top Chef at Sea' - a 'cooking' culinary experience

If you’re a foodie who also loves the cruising lifestyle, luxury Celebrity Cruises and Bravo’s “Top Chef” have partnered to present a culinary adventure with “Top Chef at Sea,” a winning recipe of TV’s fun food show and up-market cruising that starts in July through June 2015.

The Emmy® Award-winning cooking competition will offer “Top Chef” experiences onboard Celebrity’s technologically advanced luxury ships. Cruisers can enjoy chef –prepared dishes from the well-known series and new culinary creations to please any enthusiastic foodie.

Celebrity is launching four specific cruises featuring former “Top Chef” contestants: the solsticized Summit, July 27; the Solstice, August 15. The Infinity, September 19; the Reflection, November 15. Enjoy food galore programs while sailing away to Bermuda, Alaska, Europe and the Caribbean.

Cruising foodies can also participate in complimentary cooking demonstrations, the show’s famous interactive ‘Quickfire Challenges’ and other Top Chef activities. For a more exclusive experience, and at additional cost, passengers can enjoy private cooking classes and events hosted by former chef contestants. Passengers will also enjoy dining with the chefs in the Main Restaurant during Top Chef Night.

In addition to the four exclusive cruises with “Top Chef” alums, Celebrity will also introduce ‘Quickfire Challenges’ and “Top Chef” inspired menu evenings onboard the ten participating ships through June 2015.
