Yesterday in New York City, The Examiner had the opportunity to attend an exclusive tasting event with Wendy’s and Celebrity Chef and Television Personality Antonia Lofaso to introduce Wendy's newest Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger. The tasting was held at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen & Dining Room where guests were given a “lunchervention.” Examiner.com had the opportunity to talk exclusively with Chef Antonia Lofaso, and she couldn't stop gushing about her passion for for creating dishes that are delicious and nutritious, "It is so important to keep healthy ingredients in mind when preparing any dish, and I love that Wendy's included some fresh and natural toppings for their consumers...I really think that they are going to enjoy it, and I enjoyed working with them on this project."
