Singer and songwriter Neil Young endorses the LincVolt, a retro inspired green exotic automobile. On Feb. 25, 2014, the Celebrity Cafe shared a celebrity car news article about the famous rock musician. Young openly admits that despite his proclivities to go green he has had a special fascination with gas-guzzling automobiles since childhood.
The entertainment news source shared the following details about his memoir project and long list of celebrity cars, saying the following:
This time, the story will focus on Young’s die-hard love for vehicles along with his recent interest in being an environmental activist, according to Billboard.
The book will hit the shelves this fall and is currently unnamed.
"An avid car enthusiast, Young will showcase the cars he’s owned throughout his life and the stories associated with them. He will also discuss his dedication to clean energy and his recent awareness of the environmental impact the emissions of his past cars had on the environment," said Young’s publisher, as reported by Rolling Stone.
Rolling Stone magazine noted the memoirs about Neil Young and his lifetime fascination with cars will be released in the fall of 2014. As a funny side note, Young's very expensive electric exotic car broke down in the desert back in 2013 shared Gawker magazine.

But on a plus note, it all makes perfect sense now [why so many car lovers have included his songs over the years on their "must have play list" for car cruising activities]. Car people seem to be naturally in tune with one another (even if their tastes and preferences for automobile brands and styles may vary considerably).
