2012 was an exciting year for celebrity baby arrivals. Beyoncé and hubby Jay Z welcomed Blue Ivey, Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson embraced Maxwell Drew, Samuel arrived right on time for Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck, Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick held Penelope for the first time and Hilary Duff and hubby Mike Comrie set eyes on Luca Cruz, to name a few.
This year will be equally exciting with more star babies on the way. Here’s a list of celebrity fan favorites who are expecting in 2013.
Holly Madison
Holly Madison became a household name on the hit reality show Girls Next Door, as Hugh Hefner’s main girlfriend. Madison broke it off with Hefner and received her own spin-off series Holly’s World. Madison appeared on Dancing With The Stars and has her own show, Peepshow, at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The reality star and boyfriend, businessman, Pasquale Rotella are expecting their first child, a girl, in March.
The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William announced they were expecting a baby in 2012. The royal baby will be the heir to the British Throne. There has been some speculation that Middleton’s parents, Michael and Carol Middleton tried to cash in on the joyous occasion by marketing royal baby themed items through their party products company.
It is rumored that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and Prince William will welcome their royal bundle in August or September.
Kim Kardashian shot to fame after the infamous sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J was leaked to the public. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star addressed the scandal on the first season of her hit reality show and became one of the most sought after celebrities in the world. After several relationships and a very brief marriage to basketballer, Kris Humphries, Kardashian found love with long-time friend, rap superstar and fashion designer Kanye West.
The couple also known as 'Kimye' are expecting their first child in June.
Jessica Simpson
Jessica Simpson won the hearts of America when she appeared on her reality show Newlyweds with ex-husband, singer, Nick Lachey. The ‘Fashion Star’ mentor is now the top selling celebrity fashion line in America. Following a string of high-profile relationship breakups the country singer met and became engaged to football star, Eric Johnson. The two welcomed their daughter Maxwell just 8 months ago.
There is no confirmed due date yet, but based on recent photographs of the starlet, the couple may be expecting in the summer.
Amber Rose is an actress, model and ex-girlfriend of Kanye West. The socialite is engaged to rapper, Wiz Khalifa and is best known for her bleached blond cropped hair, and eccentric style. Friends and family recently threw a star studded, blue themed baby shower for the couple.
The baby will reportedly arrive in the spring.
