For those of you who don't want to wait until Sunday for your latest batch of "Celebrity Apprentice" news, here are a few quick hits involving NBC's reality hit.
--
Bret Michaels (who is still in the competition) was hospitalized Monday night prior to a scheduled performance at Sea World. Why? The singer was apparently suffering from appendicitis, and after dealing with pain for quite some time decided to make a move.
"According to doctors, Michaels, who remains in the hospital, is doing well and beginning the recovery process," his representative says. "Michaels, who has been known to perform under extreme conditions that would make most performers cancel, will unfortunately have no choice but to reschedule some of his April tour dates."

We will reportedly be seeing the return of Trace Adkins to the boardroom on Sunday night's new episode. According to CMT, the former "Celebrity Apprentice" runner-up will oversee both teams as they work to provide image makeovers for two country singers.
First of all, it's just nice to see Trace again -- he probably would have won season two if he was on it, but he couldn't overtake the force that was Piers Morgan. On another note, it's also great that we won't be seeing another re-hash challenge featuring Kodak, LifeLock, or Right Guard.

Finally, there is still little to no information about Michael Johnson's decision to suddenly walk away from the show last week. He has apparently declined to speak to reporters (since otherwise I would have already spoken to him), and the only information released was that it was an "issue" involving his son Sebastian.

I think Michael Johnson quit the Celebrity Apprentice because Bret Michaels gets on his "bleeping" nerves and he would have probably gone off on him or worst hit him if he had stayed. Couldn't you see the tension between them?
