Levi McConaughey, son of Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila, was spotted strolling the beach shirtless - Just like dad.

Matthew, who has made himself famous for going shirtless in any means, has never sported anything slighter than a ripped mid-section.

For toddler son, Levi, though it's all tummy. The tot was seen with his nanny in LA and will soon be a big brother when Camila gives birth later this year or early next.

McConaughey (the older one) has become famous for his abs, but doesn't rely on fancy trinkets, GPS monitors or high-tech gym equipment to get there.

The McConaughey "train anywhere, train anytime" fitness secrets is one of the reason Matthew ranks at the top of "Sexiest Men Alive" articles and continues to stay sculpted at age 39.

While the Fool's Gold superstar has been linked to celebrity personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, he said in an interview with Men's Health magazine that he's secret is getting the mind and the body on the same workout wavelength.

"Sometimes you can get the body in shape, and the head ain't in great shape," he told the mag. "But it's real nice if you can coordinate 'em." And he has an eight-step program to do just that.

McConaughey, who has often been spotted doing yoga on the beach, came up with his own eight-fold path to beat fitness excuses and stay consistent.
