On Feburary 22 and 23 the Irvine Park Railroad Company is having a grand celebration for their 18th anniversary, foremost of which is the rolling back of their prices to the original 1996 rates. This is an opportunity to take the entire family for a day of fun in the park where activities will include, train rides, face painting, panning for gold, a bounce house, carnival games, and an outdoor snack bar where treats will be available for sale, including the kids favorites – popcorn, hot dogs, sodas, ice cream, and candy. For those who prefer to bring their own picnic food there are tables spread out among the trees for this purpose.
