It’s time to look up into the skies and remember the mystery of the Phoenix Lights incident. The phenomena has become one of those “Where were YOU on the night of March 13, 1997?" The skies of Phoenix appeared to be something out of an old, eerie science fiction movie. Amazingly, the strange lights the puzzled Phoenix residents saw were real!
Just what did the scores of people see that evening 16 years ago? Frightened sky watchers reported the unexplained UFO phenomena to TV and radio stations, Luke AFB and even Sky Harbor Airport. Some feared an invasion while others experienced a feeling of overwhelming peace. 911 operators received hundreds of calls that they could not furnish an explanation for. The Phoenix Lights were viewed by members of the Phoenix community in all walks of life.
The 16th anniversary celebration of the historic and unexplained Arizona mass UFO sighting will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Scottsdale Harkins Shea Cinema. Movie goers will be treated to the annual screening of the internationally award winning "Phoenix Lights Documentary", meet some of the cast, participate in a Q & A session and a book signing. This exciting event has been sold out since the 2005 Harkins World Premier, so best to get tickets early.
Dr. Lynne Kitei will once again host the affair and proud to announce that her guests, Navajo Rangers, Ret. Lt. Jon Dover and Sgt. Stanley Milford Jr. will present their anomalous aerial phenomena reported over the Navajo Nation. French pilot, Jacques Drabier will share his “Foo Fighter” experience during WWll, PLD Producer, Cinematographer Steve Lantz, will host the Q & A session.
Dr. Kitei will be signing the latest edition of” The Phoenix Lights: A Skeptic’s Discovery That We Are Not Alone.”
