Here's one: this month and next, Asana at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston is celebrating the Chinese New Year and the start of the Year of the Snake with a bottle of Champagne for $20.13. While you sip, be sure to check out Pastry Chef Oralia Perez's "exquisite chocolate installation" — a 6-foot chocolate Champagne bottle that consists of 92 lbs of chocolate, including 6,500 white chocolate scales.
