It has been said that Las Vegas is the city of love. There are more wedding chapels located within it's city limits than any other place on Earth, and millions of couples choose to honeymoon in the city each year. For this reason alone, it makes sense to equate the so-called Sin City with Valentine's Day; the one day a year where everyone is in love, if only in their minds!

Recently, Simon Restaurant & Lounge, world-renown modern American cuisine restaurant located inside Palms Place Hotel & Spa and Sky Combat Ace (SCA), Vegas’ ultimate aviation destination, teamed up to introduce three unique package options to make anyone’s trip to Vegas over-the-top… literally. Package options include flying 3,000 feet over the top of Las Vegas in a plane, having top-notch dinner eye-level with Sin City at Simon Restaurant & Lounge, or even being on top of Viva Las Vegas on the 59th level of Palms Place in Phil Maloof’s private residence.

Located on the 6th floor of AAA Four Diamond Palms Place Hotel & Spa and designed by Rockwell Group, Simon Restaurant & Lounge offers a sophisticated yet crowd-pleasing menu created by famed restaurateur Kerry Simon. The chic restaurant boasts seasonal menus made from all organic ingredients and specialty cocktails created by veteran Las Vegas mixologists.

Sky Combat Ace (SCA) offers Nevada’s only civilian aerial combat training center. SCA pairs you up with actual fighter pilots to learn the art of basic fighter maneuvering. Under the supervision of SCA’s highly trained fighter pilot instructors, you are the one at the controls, you are the one squeezing the trigger, and you get the satisfaction of scoring a hit on your opponent.

With these two powerhouse's of Las Vegas combined into one package, the sky is no longer the limit! Only in Vegas can you take the controls of an airplane and perform aerobatic stunts which are only seen in airshows, and then be transported by limousine to Simon Restaurant & Lounge to receive private sushi rolling instruction by a sushi master with an appearance by Kerry Simon at his namesake restaurant. That's not all. You then have a chance to finish the evening off in Vegas development-tycoon Phil Maloof’s private Palms Place residence (dubbed the Phila Villa).

The two companies have designed with three different packaged experiences to ensure everyone can have an unforgettable Over-the-Top Vegas experience.

Lovebirds Over-the-Top Package ($799 per couple):
