Starting at 5pm on Thursday, Feb. 14, couples can choose from a trio of romantic packages at the three-story Dupont establishment. Stuffed armchairs, sprawling antique rugs and sparkling chandeliers at this Tolstoy-meets-tea-house eatery weave a cozy cocoon - the ideal atmosphere to trade toasts or a few sweet-nothings.
