Spring is in the air and it is time to celebrate the styles of the season while supporting a rewarding cause as you socialize with friends.
The Cystic Fibrosis Gold Coast Guild invites you to attend their 24th Annual Luncheon & Fashion Show on Thursday, March 21, 2013. "La Dolce Vita"will be held at the tantalizing Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort located at 2301 SE 17th Street Causeway, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33316. Complimentary parking will be available.
Gather your friends for this annual extravaganza not to be missed. It all begins at 10:30 a.m. with the reception, silent auction and raffle followed by the luncheon and fashion show at noon.
The fashions will be forever filled with love as the runway lights up with the clothing that gives a woman a sense of sophistication. South Florida's own Azzurro Boutique will be presenting high-end fashions from Italy tailored with luxury in mind and bringing that full fashion experience with a preview of designer outfits meant to create that special look.
The Cystic Fibrosis Gold Coast Guild supports the progress of quality scientific research that targets finding a cure for CF and they make sure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment. This year becomes even more meaningful as students at American Heritage School in Plantation lost one of their beloved friends, Andrea Lucas, who was also the Cystic Fibrosis Gold Coast Guild Junior Ambassador. Andrea passed away in February at the age of 17 after contracting the flu. She lived with Cystic Fibrosis since birth. It is crucial that a cure be found so we can beat the odds.
