Memorial Day has passed kicking off the summer season, although the true start of summer is June 21, 2014. It is the high point of year that creates a magical feeling. Children can stay out later chasing fireflies and enjoying other merriment. A child with a good imagination may glimpse elves and fairies dancing in a woodland glade. Summer nights can be more enjoyable with a warm and friendly campfire.

Summer Solstice Bonfire
On Friday, June 20 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Cromwell Valley Park is offering the Summer Solstice Bonfire, a program suitable for families and individuals of all ages, at the Willow Grove Hawk Watch Campfire Ring.

The cost is $3.00 for members and $5.00 for non-members. Pre-registration is required as walk-ins are not allowed. Click here for a registration form.

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a beautiful bonfire with s’mores and more.
