Irish Tiramisu

  • 1/4 cup espresso
  • 4 oz. Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1/3 cup mascarpone
  • 2 cups vanilla, chocolate or coffee ice cream
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • 2 ladyfinger cookies, sliced lengthwise
  • chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • chocolate syrup

Combine the espresso, Irish Cream, mascarpone, ice cream and ice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the edges of two oversized cocktail glasses, and pour the mixture into the glasses.

Spread a layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread in between the ladyfingers, and pass the cookies to dip in the cocktails.
