Celebrate springtime with Easter Brunch and Cocktails 101 at Stir Cooking School

Whether learning how to create a delicious Easter brunch, or mixing and serving the proper cocktail, Stir Cooking School ( provides participants with unique and memorable experiences. With plentiful class offerings during the month of April, cooks can enjoy numerous options from a class dedicated to whipping up a delicious brunch, to mixing and shaking classic cocktails with “Easter Brunch” and “Cocktails 101: Essential Classic Cocktails.”

Guided by Stir’s professional chefs, participants will learn how to create a variety of tasty brunch dishes, perfect for entertaining family and friends for Easter, during “Easter Brunch” on Saturday, April 12 at 10:30 a.m. The menu consists of Baked Eggs with Bacon and a Tomato Parmesan Sauce; Apple, Sage and Fennel Breakfast Sausage (made with ground pork); Chicken and Waffles; Banana and Fromage Blanc Grilled Cheese; Coffee-Streusel Bundt Cake; and Mimosa’s. Pricing is $75 per person.

Later in the month, cooks can learn all about mixing delicious cocktails on Tuesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. The menu consists of The Martini; The Manhattan; The Mojito; The Margarita; and The Sidecar. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend the class. Pricing is $55 per person.

Owned by Denver native, Chef Katy Hume, Stir first opened for business in November 2010. Stir offers a variety of cooking classes for all ages and skill levels including: baking, date night, holiday cooking, vegetarian, wine pairing, farmers market, kids cooking, mixology, International cooking and family friendly, among others.
