Classification: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

100% Montepulciano

Average age of vines: 30+ years

Aged in French oak barrique for 14 months

Deep, opaque ruby red color. On the nose, cherry and spice, balsamic and

coffee . The palate is full-bodied with dark cherry fruit, freshly cut flowers,

slight minerality. Medium acidity with well integrated firm tannins. Long

silky finish

Gambero Rosso: 2010 & 2011 TRE BICCHIERI

Suggested Retail Price: $17.99

Classification: Rosso Piceno DOC

Grape Varieties: 70% Sangiovese , 30% Montepulciano

Grapes are organically grown; fruit is hand harvested. Wine is filtered but

not fined. Aged in Tonneaux of French Oak for four months Intense ruby

color. Rich , persistent nose with a sophisticated, berry-scented bouquet

revealing hints of almond extract, mint, and earth. Fresh and fruity palate

that is well-structured with soft tannins, mellowed in French oak.
