Celebrating New Year's Eve in Denver can still be done without a reservation made months in advance or a high prix fixe that leaves you hungry.

The popular restaurants below are offering favorite a la carte menus and complimentary Champagne toasts without the hassle. In fact, Izakaya Den will be celebrating its last New Year's Eve in its current location. The restaurant will move to new digs up the street in April 2013.

If you want to hop around and celebrate at numerous locations, be sure to call Uber. The popular on-demand private driver is an ideal way to get around the city.

Izakaya Den is ringing in 2013 beginning tonight with Tattinger ($15 per glass). The restaurant will offer an a la carte New Year’s Eve menu filled with fresh sushi and sashimi along with a special “12 at 10” complimentary champagne toast at 10 pm MST in honor of the Times Square ball drop in New York City.

Jonesy's Eat Bar is celebrating 2013 with a tiki-themed party at the newly remodeled space. The restaurant will feature a live five piece jazz band in Smash Lounge from 9:30 p.m. to midnight. Special dishes and drinks will be offered with no cover and no reservations needed.

Sushi Den will offer an a la carte New Year’s Eve menu filled with fresh sushi and sashimi along with a special complimentary champagne toast at midnight. The restaurant recently launched a new cocktail program with innovative offerings like the Sake Toddy, a well balanced cocktail that has fresh squeezed lemons, Yamazaki single malt, simple syrup, cinnamon and hot sake.

The Brown Palace Hotel offers an evening of live jazz music from John Kite and The Majestics and a la carte cocktails and appetizers available in the majestic lobby. The Ship Tavern will feature live jazz and blues from Hank Troy and Wendy Harston beginning at 8 p.m. The Tavern’s full menu will be available for guests.

The Corner Office Restaurant hosts the second annual Roaring ‘20s New Years Eve bash, featuring live music from The Hot Club on Pearl St. Band. Reservations are not required and the $30 cover includes a midnight champagne toast. A la carte dinner menu is served from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and live music begins at 9 p.m.

AND - for late late night options, Steuben's will serve food until 4 a.m. on New Year's morning. A Steuben's staple, The Three Little Pigs, pork loin, bacon, box roasted tender belly pig, two eggs, lettuce, tomato, three pepper bacon aioli served on toasted baguette becomes available starting at 5 p.m!
