Gary Cooper was a well known classic star, who starred in plenty of classics. He shared this recipe in 1931 for the paperback cookbook, "Favorite Recipes of the Movie Stars." He got the recipe from his mother, Alice Cooper, who according to him, would make these for the family at the Ranch. Tori Avey from her site, The History Kitchen," was the one who shared this recipe.
Alma Hitchcock's Recipe:
Crepes are very thin pancakes that hail from France. Alma Hitchcock, as most know was the wife of Alfred Hitchcock. She was a screenwriter, who wrote such great Hitchcock films like "Shadow of a Doubt" and "Stage Fight." The recipe is from the site Chef du Cinema and was adapted from the book, "Alma Hitchcock: The Woman Behind the Man," by Pat Hitchcock-O'Donnell & Laurent Bouzereau.
