Anyone looking to celebrate Mardi Gras but unable to venture to New Orleans is in luck. Pearl's, located at 8909 W. Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood, CA, is hosting Pearl’s Masquerade Party in West Hollywood on Tuesday, March 4th beginning at 8 p.m.

Located In the heart of West Hollywood, Pearl’s is the perfect places for guests to feel like they are in the middle of Bourbon Street. With its two-story outdoor deck overlooking the Sunset Strip, it makes for the perfect place to celebrate the traditional Mardi Gras carnival.

Pearl’s will be offering amazing cocktails created by Mixologist William Figueroa. Patrons can enjoy drinks such as the Pearl’s Hurricane for a stronger rum-infused cocktail or the Southern Belle for a sweet refreshing drink infused with peach whiskey.

Below are some of the other signature cocktails that Figueroa has created:


Southern Belle

Peach whiskey, Campari, orange juice and

lemon with an orange garnish

The Nark

Vanilla vodka, lime, ginger juice, spiced simple syrup,

mint, jalapeño and soda


Crème de menthe, crème de cocoa, cream and

grated chocolate garnish

Pearl’s Hurricane

Dark rum, light rum, passion fruit puree, orange juice, lime and

grenadine topped with Lillet Blanc and pineapple foam


High West Double Rye whiskey, Peychaud’s bitters,

flamed orange and sugar

An array of Louisiana-style dishes will also be offered for all to enjoy. From Jambalaya and Gumbo to Oysters and a Seafood Boil; guests will feel like they are in the heart of Louisiana.

Patrons will also be given a complimentary after-dinner treat including cotton candy and theater-style popcorn. To add to the festivities, Mardi Gras masks will be available for all in attendance. If a patron would like to add their own flare to a mask, they can make their own and wear it to the event.
