Celebrate International Sauvignon Blanc Day with 2012 Château Bonnet Blanc

See also

Not only is today the best day of the week but it’s also International Sauvignon Blanc Day, which is even more reason to celebrate.

To kick off the weekend right, we recommend enjoying a few bottles of white:

2012 Château Bonnet Blanc (Vignobles André Lurton) - Entre-deux-Mers - Dry White

Sauvignon 55% / Sémillon 35% / Muscadelle 10%. This wine (our favorite) has a light yellow color with green highlights and has scents of tropical fruit, citrus and white flowers (acacia). The smooth wine is extremely fruity on the palate with flavors of ripe yellow peaches.

2012 Dourthe, Sauvignon Blanc ''La Grande Cuvée" – Bordeaux. This dry white wine has a deliciously crisp taste with fruity aromas.
