Chord Overstreet, most known for playing Sam Evans on Fox’s “Glee,” turns 24 years old today (February 17)!
Chord Overstreet started out acting on a web series called “Private,” where he played Josh Hollis. The actor then guest starred on an episode of the popular Nickelodeon series “iCarly” in 2009.
The handsome blonde then landed the recurring role of singing football player Sam Evans on Fox’s “Glee” in 2010. Overstreet’s first big number on the show was Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars’ “Billionaire.”
In 2011 it was announced that Overstreet would not be upgraded to a series regular for the show’s third season, but that he could continue on as a guest star. The singing actor then returned to the show—on a recurring basis— in the eighth episode of the third season. He was then upgraded to a series regular for the fourth season.
Celebrate Chord Overstreet’s birthday by watching an episode of “Glee.” Before that, though, be sure to check out the slideshow at the top of the page, which is composed of photos of the handsome actor.
