Celebrate Fat Tuesday in Style at Pheasant Run Resort

February doesn't have to be overshadowed by the cold, snow, and darkness.  There are plenty of reasons to celebrate in February -- the Super Bowl, Valentine's Day, and especially Fat Tuesday!

Fat Tuesday is a bit of a stranger to the Midwest. It's not often that you'll find a fancy restaurant offering intimate dinners and bottles of champagne for this holiday, but when activities are planned, it's a great excuse to go all out.  You don't have to fly down to New Orleans to enjoy Fat Tuesday in style, though.

Pheasant Run Resort in Saint Charles is the perfect location for a Fat Tuesday celebration due to its own small replica of Bourbon Street.  On the special day itself, a number of fantastic events are planned.  Try an authentic Beignet on Bourbon Street and then step inside Jambalaya restaurant for specials on the famous hurricane drinks in souvenir glasses.  The live soundtrack of the evening will be provided by Chi-Town Dixie Stomper Trio and Steamin' Barracudas.

The Fat Tuesday events at Pheasant Run Resort will last from 5:00pm until 11:00pm and there is no admission or cover charge.

Should you wish to book one of Pheasant Run's lavish rooms for the evening, contact them at 1-800-4-PHEASANT or visit their website:
