Mash together 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 mashed banana
Lightly toast 2 slices of white bread
Spread the peanut butter / banana mixture on the toast, placing the slices together
Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a pan and brown both sides of the sandwich.
