If you really want to put some zing into your Cinco de Mayo celebrations, or any time of year for that matter, try a Mango Scotch Bonnet Margarita.
Mango Scotch Bonnet Margarita Recipe
Yield: 1 drink
2 ounces Herradura Silver tequila
3/4 ounce lime juice
3 slices scotch bonnet pepper
1 1/2 ounces diced mango
1/2 ounce mango jam
Crush mango and chili slices in the base of a shaker with a muddler. Add cubed ice and remaining ingredients, shake hard and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a scotch bonnet chili and a roll of dried mango.
