Another Mexican restaurant is making it's mark on the ethnic food scene here in Jacksonville, and today is the day to visit!  Quiet and unassuming, Pepe's Hacienda & Restaurant is a gold mine of flavor located in the Dupont Station Shopping Center.  If you have plans to go out tonight and celebrate Cinco de Mayo, why not do it at a great, authentic Mexican place?

At Pepe's the beer is cold, the Chile Rellenos are hot, and the atmosphere is more of a family birthday party than a restaurant.  The dining area isn't very big, but it adds to the charm of the place rather than making it feel too small or crowded.  Also, the service is great, adding to the all around feel of being in your neighbor's backyard.  The restaurant splits the space with an amazing Mexican grocery that has everything from hats and piñatas to spices and specialty items like candies and sodas.  Pepe's Hacienda & Restaurant also has a butcher section for harder to get items like tripe for Menudo and chicken feet for stocks and soups.

So, tonight of all nights, let authentic Mexican food be your beacon.  You can get an ice cold Mexican beer, socialize, relax, and enjoy any of Pepe's Tacos, Burritos, Tortas, or Enchiladas along with, of course, homemade Salsa and chips.  Pepe's Hacienda & Restaurant is a must try if you really love Mexican food, or if you are just going out to celebrate the 5th of May here in Jacksonville.  Also, Pepe's is currently running Mint Magazine Coupons, so you can have a great time, and save a little money while doing it.  They are a small, locally owned ethnic restaurant that definitely deserves your business.

Pepe's Hacienda & Restaurant is located at:
