You still have three more opportunities between now and Christmas for your little ones to have their pictures taken with Santa at Macy's in downtown Boise for a small donation.  Better yet, proceeds benefit the American Cancer Association.  Here are the remaining days and times:

  • Saturday, December 12, from 11 AM to 4 PM
  • Saturday, December 19, from 11 AM to 4 PM
  • Sunday, December 20, from noon to 4 PM

Santa will also be available for free pictures in the Old Boise 6th and Main area.  This is a great option for those of you whose twins or multiples are asserting their individuality by requesting separate pictures.

Visiting Santa isn't the only thing for your family to do as part of Christmas in the City in downtown Boise.  The Holiday Farmer's Market runs for two more Saturdays on December 12 and December 19 from 10 AM to 2 PM, and the Winter Windows Gallery Stroll continues through December 31.  Carolers and other musical performers help set a festive tone.

For the best value out of your family's trip downtown, go on Saturday, December 19.  It's Free Parking Day, with many parking lots and garages offering free parking from 8 AM to 5 PM.
