Bradley Cooper turns 38 years old today. Bradley was born on January 5, 1975 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bradley began acting since 1999 when he gained a small role in an episode of “Sex and the City.”
In 2001, Bradley gained a starring role on the TV show “Alias.” He played the lovable character of Will Tippin, Sydney’s (Jennifer Garner) best friend. He starred on “Alias” for two seasons and appeared in a couple episodes of later seasons. After “Alias,” Bradley had roles in the TV shows “Toughing Evil,” “Jack & Bobby” and “Kitchen Confidential.” None of the shows lasted very long.
In 2005, Bradley gained a role in the comedy “Wedding Crashers.” He played the extremely unlikeable Sage Lodge, the boyfriend of Rachel McAdams’ Claire. He has also had roles in the films “Failure to Launch,” “The Comebacks,” “Older Than America,” “The Rocker,” “The Midnight Meat Train,” “Yes Man” and “New York, I Love You.”
In 2009, Bradley gained many fans when he starred in the movie “The Hangover.” The comedy immediately became an instant hit and put Bradley on the radar of many. Also in 2009, Bradley had a role in the ensemble film “He’s Just Not That Into You,” “Case 39” and “All About Steve.” “The Hangover,” by far, being the most popular of the four films.
Since 2009, Bradley has been in multiple films, including “Valentine’s Day,” “The A-Team,” “Limitless,” “The Hangover Part II,” “The Words” and “Hit and Run.”
Late last year, Bradley starred opposite Jennifer Lawrence in the terrific film “Silver Linings Playbook.” Bradley is fantastic in the movie and has rightfully gained a Golden Globe nomination.
On March 29, Bradley can be seen in the film “The Place Beyond the Pines” opposite Ryan Gosling.
