A Cedartown woman may be considered a danger to herself and others on the roads after her second arrest this month for driving under the influence of drugs and her third arrest this year related to dangerous driving.
Dana Shae Gipson, 41, of Cedartown was arrested Saturday in Tallapoosa and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and failure to maintain lane.
This marks the second arrest in nine days for driving under the influence of drugs.
Gibson was also arrested in Polk County on the fifth of September and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to maintain lane and no driver's license on person. Gipson was released on 9/6 after posting four property bonds totaling $4,700.
In April of this year, Gipson was arrested by Polk County deputies on warrants for hit and run, failure to report an accident with damage and failure to maintain lane. Gipson was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $2,270.
