- Benefit for Belle Mills takes place on Saturday March 23, 2013 at Groom and Sons in Athens from 12PM-5PM. There will be hot dogs and a bake sale. Belle was kicked in the head by a horse on March 11 2013 and is in Children's Hospital.
- Cedar Creek Brewery hosts the 1st Annual Corn Hole Tournament this Saturday March 23, 2013 benefiting the Cedar Creek Humane Society. Registration starts at 11:30AM and the tournament begins around noon. Entry fee is $20 per two person team. Hotdogs and hamburgers for sale for $5. Pets will also be available for adoption.
