CBS Tweet Week a social media event introducing fall primetime

  CBS is launching the fall television season with two weeks of social media events for fans, starting on Monday, September 12, 2011, according to a September 12 press announcement from CBS. The social media event is CBS Tweet Week, giving fans first hand access to stars and executive producers of the new and returning series

CBS primetime lineup for 2011-2012

Tweet Week starts with Hawaii Five O on Monday, September 12, and continues with NCIS on Tuesday, CSI on Wednesday, The Mentalist on Thursday and CSI: NY on Friday.

The social event resumes on Monday, September 19, with Hawaii Five O on Monday, NCIS Los Angeles on Tuesday, Survivor and Criminal Minds on Wednesday, The Big Bang Theory on Thursday and A Gifted Man on Friday. On Sunday the subject will be The Good Wife.

The Fall Premiere Show, hosted by Ashley Hartman, will give fans of CBS Television Network shows an in-depth look into the Network's fall schedule. Starting at 4:30 PM, PT/7:30 PM, ET on CBS.com users can watch a 15-minute episode introducing them to CBS's nightly lineup.

Each episode will be followed by a live chat event with the executive producers from the CBS Television Network dramas that featured cliffhanger endings last season. The chats will coincide with the East Coast rebroadcasts of the respective shows' 2010-2011 season finales (with the exception of CSI). Fans will be given exclusive insights about what to expect in the upcoming season.

Users will be able to log in to CBS/shows/fall_premieres_2011/ using their Facebook or Twitter accounts for a live chat period. CBS.com will also launch the Fall Premieres Hub, featuring additional videos, trivia, sweepstakes and more.
