Illegal immigrant Martha Castillo, 51, was caught spanking the 5-month-old baby left in her care according to a My Fox DFW report.
The parents called police after discovering the incident, and the hidden Nannycam is serving as key evidence.
The tape shows Castillo spanking the infant on the buttocks, "causing pain."
Castillo is being held on charges of injury to a child and immigration concerns.
