Catholic Charities is back to serve Middletown area residents.

LogoCatholic Charities of the Diocese of Norwich is back to serve Middletown area residents.
They are in the process of establishing a local office at 553 Portland Cobalt Road in the site of the former Affirmation Counseling in Portland, CT.

They currently provide behavioral health services, a licensed service of interventions for adults, children and adolescents designed to address a wide variety of emotional and/or behavioral problems as well as substance abuse.

While they continue to build their service in the Middletown area, local residents are also able to take advantage of the many services offered on the diocesan level which provides assistance with human needs that includes: food, shelter, clothing, utility assistance, transportation and medication.

They also provide services for the unemployed, mortgage and credit counseling for those with housing or financial difficulties.

Other services include marriage counseling, parental support services and grief management. They are pro-life, and provide those in need with free pregnancy testing and pre and postnatal care along with adoption services.

If you have a need for these services just contact the local office and they will arrange to send someone to Portland to help you.
