Cathead Vodka: Honeysuckle/Pecan T.G.I.F. Cocktail recipes: April 25th Edition
Cathead Vodka

The nose is floral. When consumed in a neat fashion, we have no point of reference to describe the flavor other than odd. However, when mixed with the fruit juice of your picking, it's great!

Bee Sting
2 oz Cathead Honeysuckle
1 oz local clover honey
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1-2 jalapeño wheels (muddled)
Ice: cracked // shake all ingredients together and then strain into glass.
Garnish: jalapeño wheel.

Mississippi Mule
2&1/2 oz. Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
5 oz. ginger beer
Serve in a copper mug, low ball glass, whatever you fancy to serve this
libation in. Stir all ingredients together with cracked ice & include
the lime wedge. There are many great variations of ginger beer, we
recommend trying the following: Barritts, Goslings & Reeds.

Muddy Waters
Cathead Honeysuckle + Muddled Cilantro + Fresh Lime Juice + Agave Nectar

Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka+ orange flower water+ sparkling water+ lemon twist


The Cathead Pecan is another odd duck. You have to mix it with something. However, once you do that, the taste is incredible. Recommended mixes include ginger ale, lemon, thyme, peaches, ginger beer, apricots, porter beer, ciders, dark lagers, cola, espresso, rhubarb or mint.

Colt Cap & Ball Pistols
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce Cathead Pecan
1/2 ounces Hoodoo Cherry Liqueur
1/2 Bookers Bourbon
3 dashes of House Pecan Bitters
Rinse with house sausage tincture.
Stir all ingredients together.

Green Pecan
2 parts Cathead Pecan Vodka
1 part Amontillado Sherry
8 drops Bittermens Tiki Bitters

Jar of Nuts
2 ounces Cathead Pecan
.5 ounce Allspice Dram
.75 ounces Henri Giraud Ratafiade Champagne Liqueur
2 dashes Fee Bros Cranberry Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.
Stir till cold & strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Nola Cockeye
2 ounce Cathead Pecan
1/4 ounce Hoodoo Chicory Liqueur
1/4 ounce Benedictine
1 dash Coffee Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into rocks glass with one molded ice cube.
Garnish lightly - grated nutmeg.
