Target may not be the first place to come to mind for vegetarian options, but their Archer Farms brand is underrated for having some of the most delicious prepared veggie dishes for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.

Vegetarian Chorizo & Red Pepper: These quiche come with a mix of veggie protein sausage, red peppers, potatoes and onions. Because quiche is already made with eggs, this is a snack that can easily be the main course for breakfast or just as delectable for dinner.

Petite Quiche Collection: If you're not sure if you like quiche, the issue may not be the egg-like taste. It may depend more on what else is included, so this variety pack is a great option for a taste test. Three cheese and onion quiche takes on a pizza taste. Mushroom and pepper quiche relies on those who are into vegetable-only meals. Spinach and swiss quiche are somewhere in the middle. You can't go wrong with any of these.

Spinach & Artichoke Hearts: If you're already a fan of Corner Bakery's California Grille on Harvest Bread then this is a snack option of that restaurant sandwich. These small doughy bits come with artichoke hearts, spinach and three cheeses.

Vegetable Samosas: If you're not a fan of curry, quite a bit of Indian food may be a love it or hate it experience. But for those who are invited to an Indian restaurant and want to try something that's spicy but not quite so heavy on the curry taste, samosas are the way to go. They taste a little bit like pot pies and include potatoes, carrots, peas, onions and corn.

Cream Cheese Wontons: For pescatarians who just can't get rid of that itch for crab rangoon, cream cheese wontons are the best way to finally make that grand leap. Crab rangoon is delicious, but it still draws a line in the sand between vegetarians and pescatarians. Is it the cream cheese that you love or the crab in the rangoons? These wontons filled with garlic, ginger and sriracha will help pescatarians figure that out. Or, try to make vegan rangoon yourself with this recipe.
